Shipping Policy
Orders are currently delivered within Dar es Salaam only. Delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, vendor preparation time, and customer location. The Ikoma team will coordinate delivery after the order is confirmed.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 7 days after receiving an eligible item. Refund requests are reviewed by The Ikoma before approval. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any included accessories or packaging where applicable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared or sent for delivery, cancellation may not be guaranteed. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by The Ikoma.
